Delivery Information

We use use many reputable carriers such as DHL, Fedex,… for all of our deliveries and you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is ready for delivery.

• We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $700. For orders less than $700, the shipping fee is applied. 
• We aim to process and ship orders within 5-10 Business Days.  During sale periods it may be slightly longer than this, but we will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive this after 5-10 business days from your order being placed, please contact us. Please ensure your address is correct, Napu Oud will not be held responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect postal address being provided.
• This delivery date estimate does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.
• Please note that depending on the value of your transaction and the duty requirements of your country, your order may be subject to duties or taxes payable to your government, and such fees will be your responsibility to pay. It is wise to check your country’s laws in this regard prior to placing an order, to see whether your order may be subject to such importation taxes.
