The quality of agarwood chips can vary depending on various factors, such as the age of the tree, the region it was grown in, and the extraction method used. Generally, older trees that have been naturally infected with a specific type of mold produce the highest quality agarwood chips. These chips are often harder and darker in color, with a stronger and more complex aroma.
