Delivery Information

We use many reputable carriers such as DHL, Fedex,… for all of our deliveries and you will receive a message with your tracking details once your order is ready for delivery.

  • Depending on the country of shipment, the value of your order and volume of goods you purchase, the corresponding shipping cost will be applied. We also have preferential shipping policies for customers. Please contact us for more details.

  • We aim to process and ship orders within 5-10 Business Days depending on your location.  During sale periods or Holidays it may be slightly longer than this, but we will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message with your tracking number and tracking link. If you don’t receive this after 5-10 business days from your order being placed, please contact us. Please ensure your address and your contact is correct, Napu Oud will not be held responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect postal address being provided.

  • This delivery date estimate does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.

  • Please note that depending on the value of your transaction and the duty requirements of your country, your order may be subject to duties or taxes payable to your government, and such fees will be your responsibility to pay. It is wise to check your country’s laws in this regard prior to placing an order, to see whether your order may be subject to such importation taxes.
